Zelfium builds personality science that actually works — 7 dimensions, 36 facets, and AI that grows with the way you think.
Philosophy to ask the right questions. Science to measure with precision. Art to celebrate what makes each person irreplaceable.
Personality Science × Cross-Cultural Analysis × AI-Driven Guidance
A comprehensive assessment framework that maps your personality through three interconnected levels of analysis — from broad dimensions to the finest details.
The 7 main scales represent the most comprehensive personality dimensions in the Zelfium system. Each scale captures a fundamental aspect of how you engage with the world — from where you draw energy, to how you process information, make decisions, and relate to others.
Each main scale is scored on a 0-100 continuum. Scores indicate not just direction but intensity — from Core traits (≥80) that define your personality most stably, through Secondary traits (65-79) with notable but contextual expression, to Ambient traits (50-64) that adapt fluidly to social contexts. Zelfium further distinguishes Allrounders (A) who adapt strategically from Ambiverts (a) who adapt intuitively. Every position on the scale is equally valuable.
Zelfium uses a 0-100 scoring system for all personality dimensions. Rather than arbitrary bands, we identify three meaningful categories based on how strongly a trait defines you:
Your type code reveals progressively deeper insights across three layers — from direction to intensity to priority.
Seven letters showing which side of each dimension is dominant. Direction only — like a compass heading without distance.
Letter case reveals intensity. UPPERCASE = Core traits that define you strongly. lowercase = Secondary traits. A/a = Ambient traits where Allrounders and Ambiverts are distinguished.
Traits reordered by influence strength, showing which personality dimensions drive your decisions first. The sequence reveals your inner priority system — what moves you before anything else.
Two axes of personality-powered guidance — one for how you relate, one for how you live.
How should I relate?
Relationship compatibility and interpersonal dynamics, powered by personality science. Discover how your personality interacts with those around you — and where Uharience is most likely to happen.
How should I live?
Career aptitude and professional alignment, connecting personality to purpose. Find the environments where your natural wiring thrives — and the ones that quietly drain you.
An independently designed 7-dimension personality model, built with psychometric rigor and enhanced by neural network optimization.
Zelfium's 7 scales are independently designed — not an extension of any single framework. Informed by decades of trait psychology research while adding original constructs (Curiosity and Sensitivity), the system measures 36 components through 77 items. This is a trait-based approach to personality, not typological classification.
Grounded in established trait psychology research, Zelfium's 7-dimension model is built from the ground up with independent psychometric development — prioritizing measurement precision and cross-cultural stability.
Each of the 7 scales maps to specific brain mechanisms — the reward circuits differentiating extraversion and introversion, the default mode network (DMN) and task-positive network (TPN) underlying openness, the prefrontal cortex's role in analytical processing, and the amygdala's influence on sensitivity. These neuroscience findings provide a biologically grounded understanding of personality.
Deep neural networks optimize item weighting, detect response pattern consistency, and evaluate profile coherence — enabling high-precision personality measurement.

7 Main Scales → 14 Subscales → 36 Components + 5 Stress Factors. A 77-item assessment that delivers unparalleled depth and granularity in personality profiling.
Continuous 0–100 scores paired with a 7-letter type code (e.g., iNTp-AaR) where letter case encodes trait intensity. Personality as a spectrum, not binary labels.
Seek the essence through philosophy. Build reproducibility through science. Express the irreplaceable through art. This Do³ trinity defines the Zelfium approach.
The middle-score range is the most common globally, yet existing personality tests dismiss it as "neither here nor there." Zelfium distinguishes between Ambiverts (a) — who adapt unconsciously — and Allrounders (A) — who switch strategically. For the first time, the overlooked majority receives the resolution they deserve.
A world where understanding personality becomes a path to happiness in all things — and that understanding is embedded as a cultural norm.
Build the infrastructure that creates Uharience — the joy of truly understanding people. Through services that are fun, safe, and practical, we deliver that realization to each individual and embed it as culture.
Understanding people is fascinating. We design experiences where Uharience happens — from the discovery of relationships in Affinia to the sheer enjoyment of the assessment itself.
Psychological safety is a precondition. Nothing starts without a space where people can be open and vulnerable. This is the foundation shared across every product we build.
Self-understanding must be usable in real life decisions. Career discovery through Libra, relationship insights, practical guidance for growth — personality knowledge that actually works.
Zelfium's name embodies our scientific approach to understanding personality while honoring each person's unique "乙 (otsu)" narrative.
From the Dutch word "zelf" meaning "self" or "oneself," representing our focus on self-discovery and personal understanding.
The suffix "-ium" is commonly used in scientific elements, reflecting our commitment to a scientific approach to personality assessment.
The "Z" in Zelfium visually evokes the Japanese character "乙" (otsu), which represents individuality and uniqueness in Japanese culture and aesthetic traditions.
Together, these elements form "Zelfium" — a name that embodies our mission to provide a scientific approach to understanding the self, illuminating each person's unique story while bridging Western psychological methodologies with Japanese philosophical insights.
